The Board of Trustees of the Academy of Science – St. Louis is proud to announce recipients of the 2012 Outstanding St. Louis Scientists Awards.  This is the 18th year of recognizing innovation and life-time achievement in research, applied science, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education. Awards will be presented at the Academy’s annual dinner, Thursday, April 19, 2012 in the Starlight Ballroom of the Chase Park Plaza Hotel.  The event also serves as a Salute to the Academy Fellows - a prestigious association of St. Louis area scientists and engineers of national reputation.
